Traditional decision-making tends to start by thinking about, “what can we do,” or “can we afford it.” Human-centered decision-making starts by understanding unmet or underlying needs, and then applying the other filters. We will guide you through this process and lead you towards truly people-centered solutions to the problems you are solving.
